WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of the products offered, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is an error on our part. In that case, we will then make the necessary changes to correct it immediately. NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES /NO CANCELLATIONS
HOW LONG WILL THIS UNIT LAST?
With good maintenance, this unit can last a minimum of one year. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE CUSTOM WIG UNITS?
It takes 7-12 business days for a unit to be completed. Once your order is completed, shipping usually takes up to 2-4 business days to arrive.

All orders are shipping with USPS and signature confirmation is REQUIRED.

Before purchasing your wig unit, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not, you will be completely refunded.

Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. We will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR FOR MY UNIT?
Yes, we allow our customers to send in their choice of extensions to have a unit constructed. Please be sure to specify this when completing the "Build - A - Unit" form.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY RUSH ORDER?
You can expect rush orders to be completed within the following 2 - 4 business days after the order is processed. The unit will then be shipped using your preferred method selected at checkout.
