Custom orders require 3–5 business days for order processing before construction of your wig begins.

Once your order has been processed, please allow up to 7 business days for your unit to be custom-made, completed, and shipped.

Please allow a total turnaround time of 10–14 business days (excluding weekends) from the date your order is placed.

Your billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched addresses may be canceled and refunded to help protect against fraud.
